This includes both software development and infrastructure.  The key to a successful Project is defining the goals and deliverables of the project along with the constraints (budgetary, workforce and technical) upfront, then tracking progress during the supply and implementation stages.

Projects go through a goal and constraint cycle in conjunction with the customer. These results are fully documented in a Scope of Works document.

Once this is accepted by the customer and elmtree, the Project goes into its Implementation phase. The project's progress is entirely visible in elmtree's JET (Job Entry and Tracking) system included in our customer portal.

We track our progress against estimates and pride ourselves on meeting the agreed objectives and deadlines.
